I’ve been studying Buddhism, alongside other religions, since I was 19. That’s half a lifetime ago. In 2011 I decided that I was ready for a more meditative spiritual practice, so I checked out the organisation I had always known I’d go to when I was ready: the FPMT, which is Buddhist organisation in the Gelugpa style of Tibetan Buddhism.
I liked what I saw and felt and took refuge during that very retreat.
In 2014 I published my book ‘Essays on Karma’.
Since 2014 I meditate mainly in the mindfulness tradition.
